Kirby Employee Benefits is a licensed insurance agency in Florida, specializing in employee benefits and workers’ compensation insurance. We have been providing group employee benefits and workers’ compensation insurance to companies for well over 10 years.

Our Team

The Agency Principal, Albert Wester, began providing employee benefits and workers’compensation insurance in the early 2000’s, and saw an opportunity to become an independent agency in 2008. Since then, he has become a workers’ compensation specialist under Workers’ Compensation Group, Inc., and proceeded to open Kirby Employee Benefits, Inc., realizing the challenge that companies and business owners are having with group health insurance and compliance issues in our country.

Albert maintains his firm relationship with Workers’ Compensation Group, Inc., while growing Kirby Employee Benefits into a leader in the group health insurance and employee benefits marketplace.

Carol Taylor is our Compliance Officer and also serves as an Account Executive, with well over 27 years of experience in the industry. Carol is an expert in all matters related to the Affordable Care Act, as well as other laws and regulations pertaining to employee benefits. She is also well-versed in alternative funding methods and helps design creative solutions and benefit plans for employers.

Kirby Employee Benefits has realized tremendous growth in the last few years, and continues to offer top-rated service to all of their clients. Service is most important to us, and our staff is ready to help. Our team of account executive professionals oversee and monitor ALL service issues related to our client’s needs. With several decades of experience, we know how to get the issues resolved quickly.
